Getting the most from a coach is not just about writing out training programmes, to actually riding with one, you get instant feedback. This is an opportunity to have a ride on your bike with Dave, taking advantage of Dave's 40 years of racing experience and nearly 30 years of coaching skills.

A one to one with Dave, will be a learning experience, Dave has worked with club riders young and old as well as with National Teams. Don't be put off by what level you are. Now is your chance to do something about your bike position or bike handling skills.

Track:

Learn how to ride the track of your choice, includes tuition on tactics, bike handling skills, training techniques, and have your bike position checked out with 18 times World Masters Champion Dave Le Grys
£30 per hour (1-3 hours)
£25 per hour (3-5 hours)

Road:

Includes, training ride, help and tips during your ride, learning how to corner, climb and descend, bike handling skills, training techniques, and have your bike position checked out.

Time trial:

Learn training techniques for time trialling, and have your bike position checked out. Advise on specialised training programmes and demonstrations on your turbo trainer working together at the comfort of your own home.

Go for a ride with Legro:

• 3 hour ride around the Lanes of Essex,
• Meet up at my place at 10.00am, (Location) or if you have sat-nav punch in C064DG
• After ride, Change into casual clothes (please bring your own wash kit, spares, clothes with you)
• After the ride we can talk about your training and how to structure your season

One rider: £150 total cost + expenses if I travel to you
Two riders: £200 total cost + expenses if I travel to you
Three riders: £250 total cost + expenses if I travel to you
